I come from a professional art background, where creativity and visual expression have always been integral to my life. My journey into counselling began when I started running art clubs for children in schools. It was there that I saw something special — children using paints, pencils, and clay not just to create, but to share their feelings and experiences in ways words sometimes couldn’t capture.
This inspired me to train as a counsellor, and for the past five years I’ve been supporting children in both state and independent schools, as well as in private practice.
As an integrative child counsellor, I weave together art, play, and therapeutic approaches to create a safe, supportive space where children can explore their emotions, build resilience, and grow in confidence. I also work closely with parents, because I believe the best outcomes come when we support your child’s journey together — helping them feel understood, nurtured, and more at ease within themselves.
